REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain personal care items


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with visible signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or media

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the result:

  • Approved: Refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

  • Rejected: We’ll explain why the return didn’t qualify.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing may take time)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted.

  • For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee receipt of your item.
